It's true. I cried when today when I left the wonderful third grade class I have been working with for the past month. As my partner and I headed out the door, the kids thronged us with hugs and goodbyes, and even a couple of them had tears streaming down their cheeks (both of them boys) :) We left with hand-drawn pictures, rocks, shells, and their used pens as parting gifts. One month goes by so quickly, but I feel as though I have been teaching them for months. I suppose its because I got to know each one of them personally and was able to develop a bond with each student. From this experience, I have come to realize the love that our Heavenly Father has for each of us, because if I think I love these kids, I can't imagine how much more He does. Thank you Third Grade class, for securing my desire to be a teacher.

way to go! good job!
Way to go on picking a major you actually like. The only tears anyone ever shed over my college experience were my tears of joy when it was finally over. And Max drew you a helicopter. That's awesome. At first glance the top propeller looked a little faint, so I thought it was a rocket sled. Now that would've been cool.
So glad that you had a wonderful experience!! I'm sure those kids LOVED YOU!
